Hotel Crystal Reims Centre

The surprisingly good price for a small room made it work for a short stop.

Rooms lack soundproofing, leading to noise disturbances from above, made sleep challenging. Cramped space with a mattress that didn't fit the foundation left comfort to be desired. Issues with cleanliness in some areas, along with non-functional TVs and inconsistent WiFi, affected the overall experience. Reaching the entrance through a passage with an adjoining kitchen felt odd and slightly unwelcoming.

we only slept at the comfort double room with bath, but loved it. this lovely small and nicely decorated hotel had central setting down an alley between a couple of restaurants.

Pity, but the beds were a little hard.

The room was huge in general, with a hot powerful shower.

The room was warm with no air con, yet a cozy stay overall!

Room was a bit small

We were moved hotels from Crystal to Cecyl without being informed. We were moved from a 3 star hotel to a 2 star without being consulted. The room was tiny and on a noisy street. The shower head kept dropping and the towels were the size of postage stamps. I had requested a twin but was given a double. Not impressed

This hotel is well-located for the station, the cathedral and the pedestrianised are with restaurants. It is a little dated and basic, but has a certain French charm and the room and bathroom were clean. Although it is very central, our room was quiet even with the window open. There is no hotel parking but the d'Erlon underground parking is easy to access and more or less under the hotel. With the discount from the hotel it costs 8 euros her 24 hours. If you are going to Reims in the next monthor two, make sure you go and see the light display at the cathedral after dark.

Great welcome, characterful building and great location

The location was perfect, close to everything, and the staff were super nice. It was great to unwind in the courtyard after a long day. Just remember, the breakfast comes with charges if you decide to take it to your room.

Central location and close proximity to underground parking

We used Le Crystal as a stopover on the way back from the Alps. Le Crystal was very conveniently situated set back from a pedestrianised area with lots of restaurants and within walking distance of the cathedral. The decor was full of character with an incredible lift. It was a bit basic but a good breakfast and good value for money.

The location was fantastic, especially for heading to local attractions. My son and I loved exploring the nearby sites. We happened upon an indoor jumping competition happening nearby, made for a fun surprise. The breakfast was decent as well.

In my wife's opinion, the rooms felt cramped and lacked sufficient ventilation. A fresh air system would be great for families with children.

Friendly receptive staff. Aquiet ambience off the street. We would definitely stay there should we return to REIMS.

Great location walkable to nearby restaurants and city sites. Convenient and very affordable parking outside front door.

No frills, small room and bathroom. Extra pillows needed. Okay for one- night because of convenient location. Hard to locate, but found many helpful locals to guide us to hotel.
